For your convenient reference, the following are captions of the notices which make up thisbulletin (in the order in which they appear):

The JSCB project architects presented the Board of Education with the architectural drawings for the renovations of the Institute of Technology, Dr. Weeks, HW Smith and Fowler.  The final plans need to be submitted to the New York State Department of Education for final approval.  Construction is slated to take place starting in the winter.  The drawings for Fowler HS can be viewed here (pdf).

The NYS Education Department has announced they are raising the cut scores for the grades 3-8 math and ELA assessments . The raising of the cut scores is the first step in a broader reform vision which has yet to be outlined. Each year scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors who exemplify the characteristics and high level of academic achievement that we seek for all of our students. This year’s winners are perfect examples of that and are role models for those who will come after them.
