AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Syracuse Say Yes to Education, in partnership with multiple community-based organizations, provides after school programs that tap into and develop the gifts and talents of students in elementary school. Students engage in activities that support their physical, social and cognitive growth in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.

Say Yes After School programs run 2 hours each day, Monday–Thursday, beginning in October through May. The program begins immediately following the regular school day at no cost and transportation is provided if your child qualifies. It’s not too late to get your child enrolled in After School programming for spring. Please contact the Say Yes Site Director at your child’s school for infor-mation regarding the specific grades covered by the after school program.

SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM

Say Yes to Education Summer Camps are dynamic day programs that offer hands-on activities, creative thinking and positive social interac-tions for elementary school students. Campers spend the morning engaged in challenging academic programs taught by certified teachers and in the afternoon they enjoy exciting activities includ-ing sports, music, science and field trips led by trained Enrichment Specialists. All camps are free of charge. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Applications for summer camp will begin in early spring. Please contact the Say Yes Site Director at your child’s school for information regarding the specific grades covered by the after school program.
