As parents, it is your decision to have your PK-8th grade child have 100% virtual learning and not attend school in person. In an effort to best understand your plans for your child, we ask that you fill out this questionnaire and let us know what you plan to do this fall.
We have proposed a hybrid educational model for the 2020-21 school year. We feel this will allow us to open the school year in the safest way possible for all students, staff and families. In this model, students in grades PK-8 will be split into two pods and will learn both in school and virtual - coming to school two days a week and learning virtually three days a week. High school students in grades 9-12 will have 100% virtual learning.
As parents, it is your decision to have your PK-8th grade child have 100% virtual learning and not attend school in person. In an effort to best understand your plans for your child, we ask that you fill out this questionnaire and let us know what you plan to do. This information is essential for our planning. Please answer the questions for each child in your family attending school in the district using their provided student ID number. You should have received or will soon receive a letter in the mail with your child's student ID number.
It is important that families fill out this questionnaire for every child so we can best meet everyone's needs!
