Current SCSD Requests for Proposal (RFP)
RFPs are used to solicit competitive proposals from vendors to meet SCSD's upcoming professional service needs.
SCSD is currently seeking high-quality vendors to provide services for the opportunities noted below. Please review the attached materials for upcoming opportunities of interest and respond in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP.
RFP #SCSD2027-003: Oracle Cloud System Reconfiguration Services for Change to Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Proposal Submission Deadline: October 7, 2026 at 3:30pm
- Question Submission Deadline: September 2, 2026 at 3:30pm
- Scope Summary: Oracle Cloud System Reconfiguration Services to support changing from the current payroll processing model of payment twice per month with some staff paid lag and some staff paid current to the future state payroll processing model of payment bi-weekly with all staff paid lag

- Scope Summary: Alternative Learning Sites with physical locations within zip codes 13203 and 13208 that provide a safe and supportive environment for students in grades 6 through 12 to learn and complete assignments

RFP #SCSD2027-004: Translation Services for New York State Examinations
- Proposal Submission Deadline: November 5, 2026 at 3:30pm
- Question Submission Deadline: October 13, 2026 at 3:30pm
- Scope Summary: Translation services for New York State Examinations at all school buildings as needed if the New York State Education Department does not provide a pre-printed alternative language edition for a particular subject.

Standard Contract Form
After award, the successful proposer may need to also enter into and sign a formal written contract between SCSD and the proposer depending on the nature and scope of the services awarded. The standard contract form is available for review below:
