Reserve a Spot in the Library — Study Hall, Homeroom, Lunch Passes
- Students must sign up for library passes using the Clever FLEX app.
- Get permission from your current study hall/homeroom teacher before leaving to come to the library.
- Full period, one-way study hall pass: up to 30 students per period may visit the library for the entire period.
- EVERY STUDENT MUST HAVE A PASS TO ENTER.
How to request a pass
- Use the self-service pass system in Clever -FLEX.
- Passes are limited — sign up early.
- Each morning, passes for that school day become available. Make sure you select the correct period/time slot.
- If the option for your desired period is not available, the library is not open at that time.
- Take a screenshot of your pass or email yourself the receipt to show your study hall teacher.
