Student Records Request Form
No in-person drop-off or pick-up currently available.
If you are a former student and wish to request records, please submit a request through our online Student Records Request Form. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
3rd party requestors must either mail, email or fax a request with a signed authorization for release to our office at the information listed above.
