Enroll today using the enrollment packet button above (translations at bottom of page), by stopping in to the School-Based Health Center, or by visiting your school's main office.
Syracuse Community Health Center, Inc. and the Syracuse City School District offer medical, dental and mental health services through the School-Based Health Center Program. A full range of primary health care services are available and are provided free of charge whether or not your child has health coverage. A healthy child is the key to learning and growing!

After-Hours CareWhen the center is closed, depending on the urgency of the problem, students may wait until the next school day, call their current health care provider, or call the Syracuse Community Health Center at (315) 476-7921. Walk-In Care is available at the Syracuse Community Health Care Center main site (details below). |

InsuranceIf your child is insured: Your child’s health insurance information will be required at the time of enrollment. Your insurance carrier will be billed for the service. No co-pay will be required.If your child is not insured: We will help determine his/her eligibility for Child Health Plus. |
