Syracuse Community Health Center, Inc. and the Syracuse City School District offer medical, dental and mental health services through the School-Based Health Center Program. A full range of primary health care services are available and are provided free of charge whether or not your child has health coverage. A healthy child is the key to learning and growing!

After-Hours CareWhen the center is closed, depending on the urgency of the problem, students may wait until the next school day, call their current health care provider, or call the Syracuse Community Health Center at (315) 476-7921.
