Parents' Right to Know
As per the Title I legislation, parents/guardians may request information regarding the professional qualifications of their child’s classroom teacher(s) and para-professional staff.
You may request the following information:

- Whether the teacher is teaching under emergency or other provisional status through which State qualification or licensing criteria have been waived;
- The baccalaureate degree major of the teacher and any other graduate certification or degree held by the teacher, and the field of discipline of the certification or degree; and
- Whether the child is provided services by para-professionals and, if so, their qualifications.
If you would like to request this information, please complete the electronic form and you should receive a District response within two weeks from the time you submit the form.
