  2. Contact school’s DASA Coordinator

    2. Click the magnifying glass in the top right corner and type DASA
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and under “Downloads”, click DASA complaint forms
  4. School will engage in a DASA investigation within 48 hours
  5. Student must remain in school during the investigation:
    1. Family will receive notification of the findings of the DASA investigation upon completion
    2. A safety plan will be created with the family and administration to ensure continued school attendance of the student
  6. Based on the DASA investigation findings, safety plan will be adjusted and monitored
  7. The plan will be monitored on a weekly basis with the DASA coordinator(s), student and families.
