ParentSquare Information
Information for Families
The Syracuse City School District is excited to announce that we will now be using ParentSquare as our school-to-home communication platform. Many of you may already be familiar with ParentSquare from other districts in our region.
ParentSquare will be used for district and school administrative communication, primarily through email, text, and app notifications. Emergency alerts—like snow days, cancellations, and urgent updates—will still come via text message or robocall.
What you need to do: Make sure your cell phone number and email address are up to date in SchoolTool. This ensures you receive important messages.
