SCSD to offer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics for 3-4 Year Olds

In partnership with Wegmans, the Syracuse City School District is pleased to offer two COVID-19 vaccination clinics for 3 and 4 year old children. The Moderna vaccine will be offered at the two clinics listed below. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins will be welcome.
 
Please note that these clinics are only open to children ages 3 and 4. A parent or legal guardian MUST be present in order for the child to receive a vaccine.
 

July 18 (second vaccine dose will be on August 15, same time and place)
3:00 to 6:00 pm
STEAM at Dr. King Elementary - 416 E. Raynor Ave. 

July 19 (second vaccine dose will be on August 16, same time and place)
3:00 to 6:00 pm
Franklin Elementary - 428 S. Alvord St.

All patients should bring their insurance card. If anyone is under isolation or quarantine, they cannot attend the clinic, no exceptions. Masks are highly recommended!
 
Please note the vaccine series for this age group is two-dose series. The second shot would be administered four weeks after the first.
