SCSD and Wegmans to Host Several Vaccination Clinics This Fall

The Syracuse City School District, in partnership with Wegmans, is pleased to offer several vaccination clinics this fall. We hope you will join us! The following vaccines will be offered at each of the upcoming clinics:
 
COVID-19 Vaccines and Boosters
Pfizer Bivalent Vaccine – Booster dose for 12 years old and older
Moderna Vaccine - 3 & 4 year olds
Pfizer Vaccine - 1st & 2nd dose for ages 5-11
 
Flu Vaccine
Flu Vaccine 2 years old and up
Senior Flu  (65+ years old)
 
Wednesday, 10/19 – 4 – 7 pm – Bellevue Elementary (530 Stolp Ave.)
Friday, 10/21 – 3 – 6 pm – Franklin Elementary (428 S. Alvord St.)
Friday, 10/28 – 3 – 6 pm – HW Smith Pre-K-8 School (1130 Salt Springs Rd.)
Friday, 11/4 – 3 – 6 pm – PSLA at Fowler High School (227 Magnolia St.)

If you are attending for a COVID shot, please bring your vaccination card with you! If you are attending for a flu shot, please bring your insurance card. Without insurance, the price for a flu shot is $51.99.

Thanks to Black Health and the National Black Leadership Commission on Health, Inc., each attendee receiving their 1st or 2nd dose (primary series) COVID-19 vaccine will receive a $25.00 Visa gift card!
