Pandemic EBT Food Benefits for the 2020-21 School Year

The Continuing Appropriations Act 2021 and Other Extensions Act (the CR) extended the availability of P-EBT benefits for every month for which school is in session through September 30, 2021. OTDA cannot issue P-EBT food benefits to eligible students for the 2020-2021 school year until we receive approval from the United States Department of Agriculture, and we anticipate that P-EBT food benefits for the 2020-2021 school year will be issued to eligible children no sooner than March 2021. Please continue to visit our website for the most up to date information.
