Huntington K-8 School
Huntington PK8 School is in Governor Cuomo’s designated yellow zone and therefore we have to have 20 % our students and staff tested. Our first testing date and time is this Friday, November 20th, beginning at 8:45 am.
This testing is for any student at Huntington who attends school in person.
The testing will take place in the school, and you are welcome to accommodate your child while they are tested. However, you will need to wait in your car while waiting for the results – usually within 15 minutes. You will need to have your temperature taken upon arrival, and you must wear a mask while in the building at all times. Please park in the front bus loop when you arrive.
This test is considered non-invasive with the swab barely going up the nose and is the BioNax Now test.
In order for your child to be tested, you must pre-register by going to the Onondaga County Registration Site at:
Scroll down & click on Huntington PK8 School. You MUST register by Thursday, November 19th at 4:00 p.m.
Thank you for your assistance getting your child tested.
