In August, you were asked to make a selection between hybrid in-person learning and 100% remote and to commit to this choice for the first semester of the school year, ending January 29, 2021. With the second semester starting February 1st we are now offering you the opportunity to make a change to your child’s instructional model if you'd like.

If you are interested in changing your child’s instructional model (from 100% remote to hybrid in-person, or from hybrid in-person to 100% remote) please click here to complete the Parent COVID Schedule Choice form. The form must be completed by December 22nd. Please note: if you do not respond, your child will remain in his or her current model of instruction.

Due to the current New York State COVID-19 guidelines that we are operating under, we cannot guarantee that every request to make a change from 100% remote to hybrid in-person instruction can be honored, but we will make every effort to do so.

The guidelines we must continue to follow include:

  • students seated six feet apart; which limits the number of students per room
  • fixed number of staff and classrooms
  • class size limits for both in-person and remote

Please know that we remain committed to prioritizing the health and wellness of our students, staff, and families as we prepare for the second semester. Thank you again for your support and we look forward to hearing from you if you want to make a change to their current instructional model for the second semester.
