Learning is Delicious at ITC!

ITC once again teamed up the Mary Ann Shaw Center for Public and Community Service at Syracuse University for a Food Busters lab.

SU students joined Ms. Furcinito’s, Ms. Parvese’s and Ms. Buie’s classes in taking a look at the chemical differences between saturated, unsaturated, and trans fats. What’s the difference, why should we care, and more practically, which make the best cookies?  Just ask one of the many ITC students who participated.
