The Syracuse City School District offers P-TECH programs in several high-demand industries. The programs are offered at Institute of Technology at Syracuse Central (ITC), Henninger High School and Public Service Leadership Academy (PSLA) at Fowler High School.

P-TECH is a program that creates individual pathways for students to simultaneously obtain their high school diploma, earn an associate’s degree (at no cost), and obtain workplace learning experience.  The P-TECH program is designed to motivate and enable students to earn a college degree and successfully transition into the workplace, with the preparation and skills needed by employers.
