SCSD Seeks Student Feedback about Social Emotional Learning
The Syracuse City School District Office of Student Support Services is asking for all families to provide feedback about social and emotional learning, which is more important now than ever as we have shifted to distance learning.
Now through May 30th, please take a moment to help your child complete the Panorama Survey, available here. The survey is available in both English and Spanish. The survey access code is the student's ID number.
The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete, and students are able to skip any question they would prefer not to answer. By completing the survey, students will provide information that will help incorporate the areas of self-awareness, self-management, self-efficacy, emotional regulation, and growth mindset into the curriculum and teacher-student interactions.
Some important things to know:
- Students will need their student ID to participate in the screening (the student ID number should be entered as the survey access code). Student ID’s can be found on report cards for students in grades 6-12, or on SchoolTool for all students.
- The survey can be accessed at the following website: https://surveys.panoramaed.com/syracuse/login
- For help on how to help your student take the survey or instructions on how the survey can be read out loud, you can visit: https://academy.panoramaed.com/article/690-survey-taking-help-for-students
If you do not have access to the Internet to complete the survey, or if you have other questions about the survey, please call (315) 391-3778 or e-mail ombuds@scsd.us.
