Delaware Students Receive Book Donation Delaware Students Receive Book Donation: For the second year in a row, Syracuse writer Fran Paige organized a fundraiser at Barnes and Noble to collect books for students at Delaware Primary. In memory of her daughter, Meg, who previously worked with kindergarten classes at Delaware, Ms. Page has donated more than 400 books to the students – many new; some gently used.
