Notice of Employment under Section 211
2020-21 School Year
On January 13, 2021, the Syracuse City School District Board of Education approved a Section 211 Waiver for Brian Nolan as the Independent Monitor for Syracuse STEM @ Blodgett on a contract not to exceed $100,300.
On August 12, 2020, the Syracuse City School District Board of Education approved a Section 211 Waiver for Geno Turo as the Law Enrocement Instructor at a salary of $79,280.
In accordance with Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and Sec. 80-5.5 of Commissioner's Regulations, these indiviiduals have the right to receive a pension while so employed.
