In-Person for Fall 2021

We are excited to welcome our students back in September for the 2021-22 school year! Students will be returning to full-time, in-person instruction for this school year. We are prepared to support all of our students for in-person learning, as it allows us to best address students’ academic as well as social-emotional needs.  The health and safety of our students and staff is extremely important which is why we will continue to follow the guidance set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), American Association of Pediatrics and the Onondaga County Health Department.

Virtual Instruction Form

While we expect all students to return to full-time in-person instruction in the fall, we do recognize that some students or family members in their household with exceptional medical considerations or living situations may need to continue participating in virtual instruction. The

Syracuse City School District is ready to provide virtual instruction for this subset of students.

All families who wish for their child to participate in virtual learning will need to complete the COVID-19 Virtual School Program application and accompanying medical exemption form by 8/27/2021. Once the application form is completed, submitted, and qualifications are confirmed, we will get back to you with next steps.
