Last Day of School Changed to Thursday, June 23rd (Full Day)

Attention, SCSD Families: The last day of school for the 2021-22 school year will now be on Thursday, June 23^rd – a full day of school.

This is different from the original calendar, which had noted the last day of school as June 24^th, a half day of school. Please feel free to reach out to your child’s school directly with any questions about this change of plans or the last day of school itself.

As we approach the end of the year, remember that it’s not too late to enroll your child in our free K-12 summer programming! Registration in summer school and enrichment programs closes on June 17^th. To learn more about programs offered and to register, please visit www.syracusecityschools.com/summer!

Finally, regardless of your child’s summer school enrollment status, all children aged 18 and younger are eligible to receive free breakfast and lunch through our summer feeding program. A list of meal distribution sites, including dates and times of meal pickup, will be available at www.syracusecityschools.com/food.
