SCSD Families,Hello! It is an honor to serve as Superintendent of the Syracuse City School District. As a proud graduate of Nottingham High School, I bring more than 30 years of experience and a deep commitment to our students, staff, and families. I wanted my first message to be to you, our families, because you are essential partners in our students’ success.
Together, we will focus on improving attendance, strengthening literacy, and raising graduation rates. I believe every child deserves the chance to thrive, and I am so excited for the year ahead. I look forward to building a district where students are inspired, educators are supported, and families are valued.
