Free SAT Prep Classes Now Being Offered

Students in the Syracuse City School District are eligible for free SAT prep classes. The classes are open to all high school students who are preparing to take the SAT exam.  Students who enroll in the sessions will receive a free SAT study guide book. All classes are held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays at the Hall of Languages on the campus of Syracuse University.  Students who attend will take proctored practice tests, learn test-taking strategies and review SAT content in math, writing and critical reading. Students will also get free breakfast and lunch.
  • Session 2 begins Oct. 25 and runs through Nov. 22. There is an SAT offered on Dec. 6. (Registration Now Open)
  • Session 3 begins Jan. 31 and runs through March 7. There is an SAT offered March 14.
  • Session 4 begins March 21 and runs through April 25. The SAT is offered on May 2.
Students who register for free SAT prep classes MUST still register for the SAT exam on their own.
