Roberts Students at Upstate Medical University

Two 8th grade students from Roberts were accepted into the Medical Academy of Science and Health (M.A.S.H.) Camp, where they worked alongside health professionals at Upstate Medical University's Community Campus over their February break! Jamaiya Adams and Jaida Dowdell were hoping to see what it would be like to work in a hospital, and thanks to this program, they shadowed health care professionals and were exposed to a variety of job opportunities while they participated in interactive, hands-on workshops that highlighted the skills, equipment, technology, and resources used by health professionals. What a fun and educational experience for these students!
