Integumentary-Skin models: the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) students created 3D models of the skin, that included identification of key anatomy within the skin. In addition, students had to choose two diseases related to the skin and complete research on the cause, symptoms, and treatment (if applicable). This 2- part project was an assignment that was given to introduce the Integumentary System. By students having this basic  knowledge of anatomy, they can move into learning more specific skin injuries and treatments that an EMT would see on the job.
